Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed and delivered.

Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Minor variations in color, size, or appearance due to the handmade nature of crochet products
• Delays caused by shipping carriers

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide an appropriate resolution.

As all products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, pattern, or finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects and make each piece unique.
